BAN-R is a robotized automatic band-label gluing machine designed to print and close into a ring a wide range of paper band-labels using hot-melt glue.

 

The hot-melt gluing system does not require daily cleaning of the glue application device.
It is sufficient to switch on the machine and within a few minutes the hot-melt system reaches operating temperature.

 

LC305 Automatic Band-Label Feeder is also suitable for paper with a high degree of porosity.

 

Band-label forming matrices designed to produce round, crease-free straps.

 

WORKING CYCLE:

 

The band-labels positioned in a loader are automatically taken one by one by a rubber roller and placed on a small conveyor, where they are taken by a group of suction cups and automatically transported towards the matrix, which closes the band-labels in a ring form and then unloaded onto a conveyor belt which conveys them out of the machine.

 

During transport from the conveyor to the matrix, the hot-melt unit deposits automatically the glue on the band-label and the thermal transfer printer (optional) prints the colour, batch/lot number and bar code.

Multi-language 9.7″ TFT colour touchscreen panel, where the following parameters can be set:

• Length of hot-melt glue application.
• Roller and conveyor speed.
• Label feeding pressure.
• Quantity of the labels to process.

 

All parameters can be stored in over 200 programs and can be recalled as needed.

 

The system also displays functional messages and alarms with chronology.

It is recommended to set the band-label diameter with an overlap of approximately 15 mm.

LC305 Automatic Band-Label Feeder is an intelligent, self-adapting band-label feeding system that automatically adapts based on the quantity of band-labels and their thickness.

 

The LC305 automatic feeding system is suitable for processing laminated and coated papers (glossy, matte or satin), hand-made papers, and the latest eco-friendly recycled papers, with a basis weight ranging from 90 to 150 g/m².
