Possibility of standalone operation or in connection with our AUTOMATIC BALL-WINDING MACHINE FC34-NX or with any type of BALL-WINDING MACHINE or PULLSKEIN MACHINE.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

• Standard packing configurations (set by touch screen control):
  • Number of rows: 1 or 2
  • Number of yarn balls per row: from 1 to 12 (depending on yarn ball size)

    On request: possibility to pack balls on two layers.

• Type of work: fully automatic.
  Counting and transfer of balls: automatic.
  Production: up to 8 packs per minute.
• Packaging material: polyethylene film (U-type) approx. 40 microns.
  On request: possibility to use pre-formed bags.
• Bag or film sealing by sealing bars.

Multi-language programmable 9.7″ TFT colour touch screen operator panel allows full management of operating parameters, including:

• Number of rows.
• Number of balls per row.

All operating parameters can be stored in 200 programs and can be recalled at will.

The panel also displays the messages useful to the operator as well as:

• Alarm messages, chronology of the alarms.
• Status of Input and outputs of the PLC and the encoders.
• Functional messages.
• Real time working data.

Selectable languages: Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, French, German.

• USB port: to download the database of ball programs on a USB key (pendrive), to have a copy and / or to be able to transfer the database to another ball-winding machine.
• Program Lock Key.
• Automation control through PLC with integrated motion control.
• Multicolour Tower lamp signalization.

OPTIONALS:

• Sensor-controlled band checking system: in case of missing band, the system automatically removes the ball before packing.
• Ball orientation device: the system positions the balls by aligning the bands in the same direction before packing.
